PARK DEVEREUX is Raleigh's most significant downtown housing community developed during the second half of the twentieth century. Completed in 2000, Park Devereux is located directly across Dawson Street from historic Nash Square. The five-story building contains 46 condos, some in a multi-level loft configuration and others in single level flats. Underground parking was also provided.
