The former 100+ year old textile mill was converted to fifty up-scale residential condos. All units were sold before substantial construction began. Since completion, several units have resold at greater than 25% premiums over original purchase prices. The building contained large timbers, hardwood floors, 10' tall windows and some 19' ceilings. The building was completely modernized in the conversion process.
