Atlantic Place II is currently under development inside Raleigh's Beltline adjacent to the intersection of Six Forks Road and Atlantic Avenue. Phase 1 contains 48 units in the two 3-story buildings. Some units are 1BR/1.5BTH and others are 2BR/2BTH. Sizes range from 800 SF to 1,000SF. First occupants moved in during Spring 2001. A second phase of 48 units, ATLANTIC PLACE III, is planned to begin in later 2003.
