Construction of the GREENWAY
CONDOS began in early May of 2003. Strategically
located adjacent to the Meadowmont Greenway on one side
and the Harris Teeter of the Village Center on the other,
the Greenway Condos lie at the heart of Meadowmont. The
two story building will contain a total of sixteen units
of two principal types: 1BR/1.5BTH and 2BR/2BTH. Sizes
range from 800 SF to 1,000SF.
White Oak has carefully worked with the Chapel Hill Town
Council to assure not only initial, but long term affordability
of the Greenway Condos. Marketing and long term management
will be conducted by Orange Community Housing Land Trust.
Purchaser income restrictions will apply to the sale of
all Greenway condos.
